What is Thread Embedding?
Thread embedding is an advanced method of acupuncture that combines Traditional Eastern Medicine and Modern (Western) Medicine.
Unlike conventional acupuncture, where needles are used, Thread Embedding is the contemporary approach that inserts Self-absorbing sterilized special Surgical Threads into acupuncture points which stimulate healing continuously until the threads are fully dissolved. Thread Embedding is like a patient receiving acupuncture continuously 24/7, helping to adjust the balance of internal organs more effectively, bringing better health, healing, and recovery effects.
The original techniques came from Vietnam around the 1940s.
The history of Thread Embedding
Since the 1940s, Vietnamese doctors were the first to perform thread embedding. However, the method of thread embedding at this time was very complicated: they must anesthetize and incise the patient's skin to place the thread in, then suture. Although effective, this method was mostly used to treat paralysis and muscle atrophy. Using this old method, a patient could only receive implantation in 4-6 acupuncture points maximum in one treatment session. This old method caused a lot of pain and must be performed in the operating room.
Around the 1980s, thread embedding was performed in Vietnam using a lumbar puncture needle. Although skin incision was not required, anesthesia was still required first. The method still causes pain and heavy bleeding. The number of curable diseases is limited.
Dr. Le Thuy Oanh's method
Dr. Le Thuy Oanh - Our Head Doctor and Founder revolutionized the thread embedding method by inventing a tool that inserts threads into acupoints in a non-invasive way while ensuring more precision, less discomfort, and eliminating the need for anesthesia.
With Dr. Le Thuy Oanh’s method, catgut thread is inserted into a tiny needle tube and then inserted into acupuncture points on the body. When the needle is removed, the thread stays in the patient's body to continue to promote long-term, continuous acupuncture effects until the thread is dissolved completely.
Dr. Oanh’s thread embedding method can be used for all patients, even 1 to 2-month-old premature-born infants, and is especially suitable for patients who are sensitive and afraid of pain. This method helps insert the thread into the acupuncture point quickly while ensuring high accuracy and less discomfort. This method is non-invasive and bleeding rarely occurs. Dr. Oanh's innovative approach allows the implantation of up to 40-60 acupuncture points in one treatment session, helping to enhance treatment effectiveness, especially for difficult diseases.
Today, Dr. Le Thuy Oanh's thread embedding method can treat hundreds of diseases, even difficult ones such as cancer or stroke that cause paralysis (if treated early in the first month, the patient can recover completely), infertility, autism, down syndrome (can not change chromosomes but can improve the patient's brain and activity), ELSA, MSA, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, spinal and brain injuries due to accidents, etc.
By 2024, we have helped (in Europe alone) 1,200 cases of infertility, prolonged life for 9,500 cancer patients, and successfully treated 1,800 autism cases, 400 Down syndrome cases, and 200 paralysis cases due to accidents, 450 paralysis cases due to stroke, more than 200 cases of epilepsy, more than 400 cases of diabetes, more than 2,000 allergies cases, and many other diseases
