What should I do if I need Medical/ Health treatment? All clients need to make an appointment for an Initial Examination with a doctor to be examined and consulted to clearly understand their health condition before treatment. Your first visit will include: Discussion about the patient's health goals, medical history, current symptoms, and overall health status. Our doctors will perform small diagnostic tests (tongue and pulse), physical examinations, or assessments to better understand a patient's condition. The doctor will explain the treatment options available to you to establish a Personalized Treatment Plan tailored to the patient's condition and needs. In this Personalized Treatment Plan, you will know: Number of treatment sessions you need, Time of next treatment appointments The answer to all of your questions to help you feel supported throughout your healthcare journey. - In addition, your doctor might give you professional advice on lifestyle factors (such as diet, movement routine, or supplement choices (if any)) to maintain good overall health for lasting long-term results. Patients are advised to follow the doctor's advice very closely to see good results. Note: Patients can choose to receive treatment immediately after being examined to save travel time, without having to schedule another separate treatment session.

What should I do if I need Beauty & Aesthetic treatment? All clients need to have an Initial Examination with a doctor to be examined and consulted before treatment. Your initial visit should be a two-way conversation between you and your doctor: Our doctor will ask about your medical history, specific concerns, goals, and expectations regarding your appearance The doctor will analyze your facial or body characteristics, the structure and texture of your skin and muscles based on their expertise to give you advice on appropriate beauty procedures. In addition, the doctor will give you detailed information about your treatment procedure (whether local anesthesia is used or not, procedure time, risk factors, healing time, etc.) You should freely ask questions and discuss any procedures or treatments that you are interested in. The doctor will address any questions you may have to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident moving forward to achieve your aesthetic goals. Note: Clients can choose to receive treatment immediately after being examined to save travel time, without having to schedule another separate treatment session.

What do I need to bring/wear?If you have (original or copy of) medical findings report or any relevant documents, please bring these to your appointment. You can eat as usual before coming to the clinic (even for patients with high blood pressure, diabetes, psychological disorders, etc.) However, you should not make yourself too full. Wear comfortable clothes when coming in for treatment because the doctor may need to examine or perform acupuncture/embedded thread into acupuncture points under clothing.
-
Is threading more painful than acupuncture? Both Thread Embedding and Acupuncture may cause some discomfort during the procedure, especially if the client is nervous or tense. They might feel a slight sensation of pressure in their acupoint or a mild sting but sometimes they might even feel nothing at all. Most of our patients report feeling more comfort with Thread Embedding than with Acupuncture because the process is faster and it doesn't look scary (not having to keep acupuncture needles on the body for 30 minutes). Whether you choose thread embedding or acupuncture, our doctors will use their expert knowledge to minimize any discomfort during treatment and give you precise guidelines on after-treatment care.
-
